(Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, September 25, 2023) US Alliance Group, Inc (USAG), parent company to Electronic Cash Systems (ECS Payments), revolutionizing the payment processing industry, today announced it has been selected for the 5th year in a row of The Orange County Register’s Top Workplaces.

To be recognized as a top workplace in Orange County is 100% employee nominated. No outside forces are evaluating a business’s environment. Instead, employees within an organization participate in a 24-question Energage Workplace Survey to evaluate how they view their workplace culture.

Energage assesses businesses’ organizational health, which includes employees’ commitment to their employer, how likely they would be to refer a friend or family member to work for the same company, and their motivation to do their very best work. Positive employee engagement limits unwanted turnover, boosts productivity, and increases referral rates. Healthy workplace environments cultivate individual passions that work toward shared successes.

Proving to be a ‘Top Workplace’ in Orange County has helped US Alliance Group Inc. to attract the right talent, maintain healthy employee retention, build a strong reputation and employer brand, and improve business outcomes and a return on investment.

Working at US Alliance Group Inc. has challenged me professionally, nurtured me personally, and provided a true work and personal life balance that I never knew existed.  I am surrounded by people who truly succeed in all aspects of their lives.  The growth potential is also outstanding, where loyalty and working hard definitely pay off!” –  Jennifer Bussell, Merchant Services Manager, USAG

USAG promotes employee well-being with supplemental paid time off called “Extreme Time Off” (ETO). Employees can use ETO to serve alongside USAG’s non-profit Aiden Whisper or other local charities to help the surrounding communities or to participate in physical fitness events such as marathons, 5ks, and company mobility challenges. Additionally, participants in USAG mobility challenges are rewarded with bonuses and company-paid vacations.

Employee benefits continue with an open office environment, contributions to an IRA plan, healthcare options that include a 100-percent employer-paid plan for the employee and eligible dependents, catered luncheons, six days of sick time, an average of 18.5 days of paid holiday time off, accrued PTO hours, and an additional seven days of flexible paid vacation time, and a fully equipped onsite gym with cardio and weight training access for all employees, their families, and their friends.
